服務條款 (Terms of Service)

1. 接受條款

當您註冊並使用 Amoura Booking 平台（以下簡稱「本服務」）時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本服務條款之所有內容。

2. 帳號與安全性

本服務以 Google 帳號登入。您有責任保管好自己的 Google 帳號；透過您帳號進行的所有操作，都由您負責。發現帳號遭到盜用時，請立即通知我們。

解密密碼與救援碼：為保護顧客資料，本服務要求您設定解密密碼，並提供一組救援碼。這兩者只有您知道，本平台不保存、也無法重設。

如果您同時遺失解密密碼與救援碼，已加密的顧客資料（姓名與問卷回答）將永久無法解開，本平台也無法替您復原。請將救援碼保存在安全的地方。因遺失兩者造成的資料無法使用，本平台不負賠償責任。

3. 服務使用規範

您同意不將本服務用於任何非法目的。您必須確保您上架的服務與圖片符合當地法規，且不侵犯他人的智慧財產權。

4. 系統可用性

我們將盡最大努力確保系統的高可用性。然而，因不可抗力或系統維護導致的短暫停機，我們不承擔任何直接或間接的營業損失賠償責任。

5. 免費試用期間

本服務目前開放免費試用，不收取任何費用。試用期間：

• 每月有 200 筆預約的通知信額度。額度內的預約，顧客會收到「預約成功信」與「前一天提醒信」。
• 第 201～250 筆只寄預約成功信，不寄提醒信；第 251 筆起不寄通知信。顧客仍然可以照常預約，每月 1 日額度自動恢復。
• 我們正在規劃正式方案與價格。開始收費前至少 14 天，會以電子郵件通知並在網站公告，留給您充分的時間決定，不會在沒有通知的情況下開始收費或中斷服務。

6. 第三方服務整合

本服務提供選用的 Google 日曆同步功能。啟用該功能即表示您另行同意 Google 的服務條款。我們只在您授權的範圍內代您建立、更新與移除預約行程，並將您在日曆上對這些行程的時間調整與刪除同步回本服務。關於本服務如何存取與使用 Google 使用者資料，請參閱我們的「隱私權政策」。

7. 店家對顧客個人資料的責任

1. 顧客的個人資料由您蒐集，您是顧客資料的蒐集者，本平台是受您委託處理資料的一方。
2. 您應依個人資料保護法合法蒐集、利用顧客資料，只用於提供服務與聯絡顧客。
3. 請勿透過問卷蒐集病歷、醫療、基因、性生活、健康檢查、犯罪前科等特種個人資料，除非您確定符合個人資料保護法第 6 條的例外情形。美業常見的「是否過敏」「是否懷孕」等問題可能屬於健康相關資料，請斟酌是否必要。
4. 顧客向您行使查詢、更正、刪除等權利時，由您負責回應；本平台會提供必要的協助。

8. 預約是店家與顧客之間的約定

本平台只提供預約工具。預約成立後，服務內容、價格、改期、爽約、退款等事項，是店家與顧客之間的約定，本平台不是這份約定的當事人，也不負責處理雙方的糾紛。

Terms of Service (English)

This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the Amoura Booking platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. Account and Security

The Service uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Decryption password and recovery code: to protect customer data, the Service requires you to set a decryption password and provides you with a recovery code. Only you know them; the Platform does not store them and cannot reset them.

If you lose both your decryption password and your recovery code, encrypted customer data (names and intake answers) can never be unlocked, and the Platform cannot recover it for you. Please keep your recovery code in a safe place. The Platform is not liable for any loss arising from data that becomes unusable because both were lost.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You must ensure that the services and images you publish comply with applicable local regulations and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Service Availability

We make every reasonable effort to maintain high service availability. However, we accept no liability for direct or indirect loss of business resulting from temporary downtime caused by force majeure or scheduled maintenance.

5. Free Trial Period

The Service is currently offered as a free trial, and no fees are charged. During the trial:

• Each month includes a notification email allowance of 200 bookings. For bookings within the allowance, customers receive a booking confirmation and a day-before reminder.
• For bookings 201 to 250, only the booking confirmation is sent, not the reminder; from booking 251 onward, no notification emails are sent. Customers can still book as usual, and the allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
• We are planning our paid plans and pricing. At least 14 days before any charges begin, we will notify you by email and announce it on our website, giving you ample time to decide. We will not start charging or suspend the Service without notice.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service offers an optional Google Calendar sync feature. By enabling it you additionally agree to Google's terms of service. Solely within the scope you have authorized, we create, update, and remove appointment events on your behalf, and sync the reschedules and deletions you make to those events on your calendar back into the Service. For details on how the Service accesses and uses Google user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Your Responsibilities for Customer Personal Data

1. Customers' personal data is collected by you. You are the collector of customer data, and the Platform processes it on your behalf.
2. You must collect and use customer data lawfully under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, only to provide your services and to contact your customers.
3. Do not use intake questions to collect sensitive personal data such as medical records, medical treatment, genetic information, sexual life, health examinations, or criminal records, unless you are certain that an exception under Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act applies. Questions common in the beauty industry, such as allergies or pregnancy, may count as health-related data; please consider whether they are necessary.
4. When customers exercise rights such as inquiry, correction, or deletion, you are responsible for responding; the Platform will provide necessary assistance.

8. Bookings Are Agreements Between Merchants and Customers

The Platform only provides the booking tool. Once a booking is made, matters such as the services, prices, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds are an agreement between the merchant and the customer. The Platform is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for resolving disputes between them.
