當您註冊並使用 Amoura Booking 平台（以下簡稱「本服務」）時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本服務條款之所有內容。
您有責任維護您帳號與密碼的機密性。任何利用該帳號所進行的活動，皆由您本人承擔完全責任。若發現帳號遭到盜用，請立即通知我們。
您同意不將本服務用於任何非法目的。您必須確保您上架的服務與圖片符合當地法規，且不侵犯他人的智慧財產權。
我們將盡最大努力確保系統的高可用性。然而，因不可抗力或系統維護導致的短暫停機，我們不承擔任何直接或間接的營業損失賠償責任。
我們提供 SaaS 訂閱服務。您可以隨時在後台取消訂閱，取消後您的專屬網址與管理權限將於當期計費週期結束後失效。詳情請參閱我們的「退款政策」。
本服務提供選用的 Google 日曆同步功能。啟用該功能即表示您另行同意 Google 的服務條款；我們僅在您授權的範圍內代您建立與移除日曆行程。關於本服務如何存取與使用 Google 使用者資料，請參閱我們的「隱私權政策」。
By registering for and using the Amoura Booking platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You must ensure that the services and images you publish comply with applicable local regulations and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
We make every reasonable effort to maintain high service availability. However, we accept no liability for direct or indirect loss of business resulting from temporary downtime caused by force majeure or scheduled maintenance.
We provide the Service on a SaaS subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. Upon cancellation, your dedicated booking URL and administrative access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
The Service offers an optional Google Calendar sync feature. By enabling it you additionally agree to Google's terms of service; we create and remove calendar events on your behalf solely within the scope you have authorized. For details on how the Service accesses and uses Google user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
