退款政策 (Refund Policy)

1. 訂閱取消

您可以隨時在管理後台點選「取消訂閱」。取消後，系統將不會在下一個帳單週期向您扣款。您仍可繼續使用所有功能，直到目前已付費的週期結束為止。

2. 退款資格

由於 SaaS 服務的特性，我們通常不提供按比例退款。但如果您在首次付費後的 7 天內，發現系統完全無法滿足您的需求，您可以透過客服信箱 support@amourabooking.com 與我們聯繫申請全額退款（無條件退款保證）。

3. 帳號刪除與資料清除

若您選擇「永久刪除帳號」，這代表您主動放棄使用權利。系統將立即停止服務並清除所有資料，此種情況下已支付的款項將不予退還。

Refund Policy (English)

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by selecting "Cancel Subscription" in your admin dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle. You retain full access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. Refund Eligibility

Given the nature of SaaS services, we do not generally offer pro-rated refunds. However, if within 7 days of your first payment you find that the Service does not meet your needs, you may contact us at support@amourabooking.com to request a full refund (no-questions-asked refund guarantee).

3. Account Deletion and Data Erasure

If you choose to permanently delete your account, this constitutes voluntary forfeiture of your right to use the Service. The Service will stop immediately and all data will be erased. Payments already made are non-refundable in this case.
